UK DELIVERY & INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
WHAT WILL BE THE DELIVERY TIME for my order?
For UK delivery, unless you choose a different service, we will send your parcel with "Royal Mail Sign For 2nd Class”. We aim to safely deliver your parcel within 2-3 working days! This is a tracked service and requires a signature on arrival. You can choose other delivery options at the check-out. Need reassurance for an important delivery? HOW WILL I KNOW MY DELIVERY IS ON ITS WAY?
As you register your email with us, Bnautical will inform you by email as soon as your package is shipped.
14 DAYS TO CHANGE YOUR MIND… SATISFIED OR REFUNDED!
It's OK to change your mind and it is important to us that you're happy with your Bnautical purchase. If you're not totally satisfied you can return order within 14 days of receiving it. Please see our "exchange, return & refund" policies.
HOW MUCH DOES THE DELIVERY COST?
FREE DELIVERY IN UK: Bnautical offers free delivery on order equal or over £75.
ROYAL MAIL SIGNED FOR 2ND CLASS
Up to 500g: £2.50 - up to 2kg: £3.90 small parcel. The “Royal Mail Signed For 2nd Class” service arrives within 2-3 working days! This is a tracked service and requires a signature on arrival. Delivered by Royal Mail within the UK.
NEXT DAY DELIVERY: £8.50
Order before 5pm Mon-Thurs for delivery the next working day. We send all UK Next Day parcels with our Local Courier or Royal Mail. This is a tracked service and requires a signature on arrival.*
SATURDAY DELIVERY: £14.00
Order before 5pm Friday with Saturday Delivery to receive it Saturday!
This is a tracked service and requires a signature on arrival. Saturday parcels are delivered by DPD Local.
DELIVERY OUTSIDE UK & ABROAD
REPUBLIC OF IRELAND: £8.50
Delivery to Ireland within 3-4 days!
We send to the Republic of Ireland via DPD Local. This is a fully tracked service with text and e-mail updates.
EUROPE: FROM £8.00
We ship to Europe in 2-5 working days via Royal Mail or our local courier. Your parcel will be transferred to the local postal service when it enters your country. These services require a signature on arrival.
USA & CANADA: FROM £9.00
Delivery to the US & Canada takes 2-5 working days to arrive.
Parcels are transferred from our courier to the local postal service on arrival into your country. These fully tracked services require a signature on arrival.
AUSTRALIA: £15.00
Delivery to Australia takes 4-5 days.
Parcels are transferred to the Australian postal service at the border. This is a fully tracked service and requires a signature on arrival.
INTERNATIONAL: £25.00
Worldwide delivery in 3- 7 days.
We ship worldwide using fully tracked postal services. Parcels will be transferred to the local postal service.

Not sure you are going to be in to receive your order?
We are in the process of setting up a Click and Collect option and we will deliver your order to your local Courier Pick Up point. This includes stores and many local newsagents and pharmacies.
