EXCHANGES, RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Here at BNautical.com, we take great care to ensure that the items you order correspond to your expectations. If, however, the products ordered do not give you full satisfaction, simply return them to us to exchange or obtain a refund.
Refunds will be issued for items not worn, unwashed and returned in their original packaging.
You have 14 days from the date of receipt of your package to return a product if it does not suit you.
Returns are at the customer’s charge unless the product does not correspond to your order or if it is defective.
YOU WISH TO EXCHANGE
The exchange is possible for the same garment in a different size or a product at the same price.
To exchange an article, here are the steps to follow:
- Contact Customer Service to verify that the desired size is available: contact Brigitte on 07979 906 771 or by e-mail at Bnautical
- Indicate the returned item on your delivery note and enclosed it with your parcel
- Send your package to:

- Providing your item is not worn and conforms to quality controls, your item will be exchanged.
YOU WOULD LIKE A REFUND
The product(s) will be refunded by crediting the credit card used to pay for the order.
To return an item, here are the steps to follow:
- Indicate, on your delivery note, the item you are returning.
- Insert your unworn item and your delivery note into your package.
- Send your package to:

- Please make sure to get a proof of posting at the Post Office.
- Providing your item is not worn and conforms to quality controls, you will be refunded within 14 days.
